Christmas Common via Velolife

A long flat route out to Marlow then climb up the Chiltern Hills to Christmas Common where you will find the Fox and Hounds pub. Then it’s fast downhill to Henley before climbing Remenham Hill! Reward yourself with cake at Velolife ready for the last 30miles.

Brett just loves his steam railways so he devised this route to the Bluebell Railway in Sussex. This route takes you to the Horsted Keynes Station (RH17 7BB). There is a cafe on the station. The route is 75 miles and fairly hilly.

Dr D’s Hindhead Classic

Dr David likes to ride beyond the local hills of the North Downs! Nearly 80 miles with three significant climbs. Coffee is always at the Devil’s Punchbowl (great views) at Hindhead. Return via Pitch Hill and Coombe Lane climbs.  – right click and ‘Save link as’

80mile Hindhead Loxwood ride

This long route includes 4 climbs. Tilford Road, Hindhead (600ft) then Barhatch Lane (450ft), Coombe lane (300ft) and finally Crocknorth Road (230ft). Ample refuelling stops along the route including Devils Punchbowl and Cranleigh.

Petworth 75miles

The classic Petworth route. 75 miles with some climbing over the North Downs but fairly flat and quiet roads beyond. There are a number of cafes in Petworth. We have found Tiffin Cafe not at all cycle friendly!Try Bay Tree bakery or The Hungry Guest.
