Ripley Coffee Ride

This route is a great introduction to riding with a group. It is fairly flat and usually a gentle ride with not too much traffic. Coffee and cake in Ripley and back through the lanes to Cobham then Esher.

Dittons Velo en Champagne: June 2015

The DV Champagne Tour 2015 was even better than the wine itself. The trip was full of flavour and fun. Never a dull moment, whether it was chatting in the bar after a ride or over breakfast the next day. The banter was good humoured and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t […]

New Alresford (Hants)

A route away from the usual Surrey routes (along with the Stockbridge route), but both easily accessible within a 50min drive. This one is undulating with 2-3 hills of note that each rise by between 250ft and 450ft. Cracking route. Lunch recommendation on this route is just off the route at The Fox in Bramdean which […]

Thanks to Martin for this: This short ‘pretty’ ride is undulating with 1-2 hills of note, the biggest ascent being c. 400ft.  Recommendation for lunch on the Stockbridge route is the White Lion at Wherwell which is only c.3 miles from the finish….   This route is shared by a Dittons Velo member from rides they […]
