DV 2025 Segments – The Enterdent and Rocky Lane

We’re off to Godstone to start!
Follow the route through Ewell, Banstead, Chipstead, Merstham and Nutfield and turn right on the A24 to Godstone. At Godstone, turn sharp right on the one-way system onto the High Street. Stay on the Eastbourne Road and after 600m of gradual descent, there is a “Staggered Junction” sign and a bridge. The Enterdent is on the right, immediately after the bridge by the white house.
The segment starts immediately and ends after 500m when the road flattens. At the junction, do a left then right onto Rabies Heath Road.
We rejoin the A25 and pass through Bletchingley, where you find Lamingtons Tea Room. Retrace the route back to Merstham and Gatton. Take Battlebrige Lane and at the traffic lights turn left and immediately move to the middle of the road to turn right into Rocky Lane. Caution! There is no box to wait in.
The Rocky Lane segment starts after approx 300m just as the road starts to rise. It ends at the top in front of the houses and driveways.
Descend to Gatton Bottom and turn right, then first left up Markedge Lane. Follow the route to Banstead for coffee and home via Ewell.
